Our Online Return Policy
Quality Glass Block and Window Company will be happy to begin the process of a partial refund provided the product is returned undamaged within seven days of receiving the shipment. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer as well as the cost of the original shipping. Because we take pride in having the largest inventory and manufacture products continously, all Loose Glass Block and Vent Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the order for loose block, glass block products and masonry tools has not yet been shipped, you will be subject to a 5% fee to cover the cost of the credit card fee. If you chose to cancel your order after it was shipped, Quality Glass Block reserves the right to deduct shipping outbound and back from your refund amount on top of the 20% restocking fee.

These items are made to your specifications at time of order. Returns will not be accepted for these items. Please be sure to check for accuracy before placing your order.

Color Glass Block are each hand made to your specifications at time of order. Returns will not be accepted for these items. Please be sure to check for accuracy before placing your order.
Damaged does occur from time to time during transit. In this rare occurance, take pictures of the package and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org Then call Quality Glass Block and Window Company so that a claim may be filed and we can begin preparing your new product for delivery. Damaged Product claims can only be filed if Quality Glass Block is contacted within 7 days of receipt of purchase. If contacted outside of the seven days, Quality Glass Block loses its ability to file a claim with the shipping company and will result in a loss of potential replacement of the product for the customer.
From time to time, Quality Glass Block has the right to make an exception and authorizes a return. A request must be emailed to email@example.com. Should you get authoriztion, shipping of the product back to Quality Glass Block is at the expense of the entitiy returning the product. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse, it will be inspected and then a refund will be issued. A 20% restocking fee for the actual product charges will be removed from the refund. Please note, the original shipping will not be refunded.
