Jennifer is the president of Quality Glass Block and has been active in the industry for 20 years. She took the reigns at Quality Glass Block and Window Company in 2007 and has played a crucial role in its growth and success. As a leader, she makes key decisions that have helped shape the company into the thriving business it is today. She has been responsible for setting the trajectory of the company. In addition to her executive role, she also believes in customer interaction. She loves to serve as the office manager, handling daily operations and overseeing all aspects of customer service.

Chris Danek
Since joining Quality Glass Block and Window Company in 2002, Chris Danek has been a driving force behind the company’s success. With a strong background in construction and customer service, he ensures seamless daily operations while prioritizing production efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.
As General Manager, Chris’s commitment to professionalism and in-depth product knowledge keeps him at the forefront of major company initiatives, solidifying Quality Glass Block as a trusted industry leader.
Marketing Director
Rachel Plant
Rachel brings extensive experience in marketing and social media to her role as Marketing Director at the private equity group. Since joining the team in 2024, she has worked toward transitioning all marketing functions in-house, driving strategic growth.
At Quality Glass Block, Rachel leads her team in expanding the brand’s visibility and product reach. She oversees social media strategy, monthly newsletters, SEO-focused blog posts, and website optimization, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience for customers.

Colin plays a key role in helping customers find the perfect glass blocks for their projects. He provides expert guidance on design, product selection, and installation for both residential and commercial needs.

Stephanie joined Quality Glass Block in 2024, bringing creativity and strategic insight to the Marketing & Social Media team. She manages social media, blogs, and content creation, keeping customers informed and engaged.

Chief Executive Officer
Ray Tuminello
Ray has been involved in the glass block industry since 1976, but his primary focus today is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Tuminello Enterprizes Inc., a private equity group. Under his leadership, the group has expanded to include 11 companies with offices and manufacturing facilities spanning three continents and six countries.
Despite his broad business portfolio, Quality Glass Block holds a special place in his heart, as it was the company that began his journey in 1993.

As the Administrative Assistant to the CEO at the private equity group, Madison plays a key role in ensuring seamless executive operations and organizational efficiency.
